Making of
What We Need
All we need is a brief description of the proposed work and any drawings for same.
Material specification and any other considerations applicable.
We carry out onsite measurements before producing drawings prior to manufacture.
Once drawings for your handrails are approved, we can start the manufacturing process.
The Manufacturing Process
A computerised tube bending machine manufactures a handrail with your desired radius and angles.
Tube laser cutting machines allow for precision LED hole location, LED fixture slotting and any shapes required in LED handrails.
The LED Handrail tubing is then cut, welded and cleaned in preparation for painting or powder coating.
The handrails can be manufactured using mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze or copper.
Globe Metalworks supply and install LED Handrails.
